Clara Torres is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the founder of Altru Realty Advisors, based in Red Oak, TX. With 8+ years of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Clara built her brokerage on a foundation of honest advocacy, community investment, and the belief that everyone deserves a trusted guide in the most important financial decisions of their lives.
A native English and Spanish speaker, Clara has dedicated her career to ensuring that language is never an obstacle on the path to homeownership — particularly for DFW's vibrant Hispanic community. Before founding Altru Realty Advisors, she built her expertise at Pinnacle Realty Advisors, developing the sharp market knowledge and client-first approach that defines her practice today.
Clara holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with a Business concentration from The University of Texas at Dallas. In 2018, she founded Altru Community — a nonprofit dedicated to empowering aspiring homebuyers through free education, financial guidance, and community resources. Her commitment to service extends far beyond any single real estate transaction.
Clara named her brokerage Altru after the word altruism — not as a marketing tagline, but as a daily operating principle. Every piece of advice she gives, every negotiation she leads, and every deal she closes is driven by one question: what is truly best for this client?
